Must I declare my travel check
as income?
When the
employee earns the travel checks they do not have to declare them
as income and no taxes are deducted. They only become income when
and if they are used.
How long
may I accumulate travel checks for?
Checks
may accumulated for two years?
Can I transfer
my travel check to someone else?
Although
the checks are made to the person who earns them, they can be transferred
to anyone designated by the recipient.
If the trip
I am interested in taking comes to more then the total of my travel
checks may I add cash to make up the difference?
If employees
want or need a trip that costs more than the travel checks they have
accumulated, they can add cash and buy what they want.
Do you offer
trips at reduced rates for travel check holders?
In
addition to general travel, packaged reduced rate trips will be offered
which can be obtained only with travel checks.
